3. Our Products
3.1 We are a range of vegan and natural angi aging products. Based on nature, perfected through science. Details of products, application and treatment suggestions can be found on each product page.
3.2 Our Products are made in small batches to ensure quality. Minor inconsistencies may occur from batch to batch and are completely normal. You, as the buyer are entitled to return the Product(s) only if the variation renders them totally unfit for the purpose for which they were sold.
3.3 The images of the Products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly to the actual Product that you purchase.
3.4 The information and description of Products on the Website are correct at the time of entering the information into the system. They may not reflect the product at exactly the moment you place an order.
3.5 We take all reasonable care to ensure that Product prices are correct at the time of entering the information into the system. However, it is always possible that, despite our efforts, some of the Products on our Website may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the Products you have ordered we will contact you and give you the option of continuing to purchase the Products at the correct price or cancelling your order. We do not have to provide the Products to you at a lower price where we have made a pricing error. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat your order as cancelled. Should prices change this will not affect any order that was confirmed in our communications to you.
3.6 All Products shown on our Website are subject to availability. We will inform you by email as soon as possible if the Product you have ordered is not available.
4.1 The Swiss Franc prices indicated for Products available via the Website are all-inclusive of sales tax (ie VAT and where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges.
5. Your Account
5.1 You do not have to register an account with us to enjoy our Website or to buy Products. However, should you choose to create an account, there are several benefits such as customised communication and advice; easier and faster checkout; storing and editing delivery addresses and billing information and the ability to review previous purchases and order history.
5.2 When you register or buy Products through our Website, you will be required to provide certain information including your name, phone number and email address and you will be responsible for ensuring that the information provided to us is up to date.
5.3 You may only enter details of a credit or debit card, which you are legally entitled to use. We reserve the right to request additional evidence or proof of billing information where we think this is necessary. 6. Buying Products from us
6.1 You may only buy Products from our Website if you are at least 18 years old.
6.2 You may not buy Products from our Website for resale or business purposes and any samples you purchase or receive from us are for your personal use only and are not for resale.
6.3 Our order process allows you to check and amend before submitting your order. Please take the time to read and check your order.
6.4 By clicking on “Place Order” in the check-out process you are committing yourself to buying and paying for the Products in your order. This is your acceptance to enter into a Contract with EJO Cosmetics. The contract is subject to these Terms and Conditions and by placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions.
6.5 After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
6.6 Only the Products listed in the shipping confirmation are included in the contract between you and us. If there are any errors, please contact us as soon as possible.
6.7 If we are unable to supply you with a Product because it is out of stock, we will take it off your order and only deliver the available items. If you have already paid for the Product we will refund you the undelivered items (s) as soon as possible.
6.8 We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
6.9 All offers and promotions on the Website are exclusive, unless otherwise stated, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Offers cannot be extended beyond their expiry date as stated.
6.10 Free samples are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute and send you another sample.
7. Methods of Payment
7.1 You can pay for Products using a debit or credit card or PayPal. We process your orders securely, using data encryption.
7.2 By ordering Products through our Website, you authorise us to perform credit and anti-fraud checks on you and the payment method that you have provided. These checks may be required to verify your identity, to validate your credit or debit card, to obtain an initial credit or debit card authorisation and/or to authorise individual purchases. You authorise us to disclose information provided by you, including personal information, to third parties such as banks and the providers of credit reports for the purposes of these checks, and accept that such parties may keep a record of that information. You also agree that we may make the information we receive from such checks available to third parties including fraud prevention and credit reference agencies. We reserve the right to put in place additional payment security systems from time to time.
7.3 If the amount due from you cannot be debited or charged your order will be cancelled. We may contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process.
7.4 Your debit card or credit card will be charged when we ship your order at which point we take payment for the Products and all applicable delivery charges.
7.5 We will retain the legal ownership of the Products until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the Products will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.
8.1 We will deliver your order in the estimated timeframe. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date due of an event outside of our control we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date. We do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
8.2 Delivery will be completed when we deliver the Products to the address provided. Please ensure that the delivery details you provide are accurate, we will not be held responsible for any delayed or failed deliveries as a result of customer errors.
8.3 You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such laws or regulations.
9. Acceptance of Products
You are responsible to inspect the Products upon delivery to check that your order is complete and undamaged. Should there be any problem with your delivery, please consult our Returns Policy and notify us as soon as possible and at the latest within 48 hours of receipt of the Products.
10. Returns and Refunds
You may cancel your order, provided that the order that not been shipped. Please email us at email@example.com to inform us that you would like to cancel your order.
If your order has already been shipped, please follow our Returns Policy if you still wish to cancel your order.
Please note that we only accept returns of EJO Cosmetics products purchased on ejocosmetics.com. If your EJO Cosmetics product was purchased via one of our authorised retailers you will need to arrange your return or exchange directly with them.
Return the unused and unopened Products to us in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot refund Products that have been opened, used or damaged by you after receipt.
Please ensure that you return the Products wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
Prior to sending your return, please print out your order confirmation and include this in your package. Also, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org in which you specify your order number and that you plan to return the product(s) unopened and in pristine condition.

Once we have processed your return and confirmed that the product is in pristine condition, we will reimburse you for the cost of the product, not including return shipping charges. This may take up to 12 working days.
Faulty Product or Adverse Reaction Returns
We accept returns if you have had an adverse reaction to the product or if the product is in some way damaged or faulty.
In order to return a damaged product, or one that has led to an adverse reaction, please email us at email@example.com to describe the problem. Will will issue you a return number that you can include in your package in order to receive your reimbursement.
Once a return has been accepted we will aim to process it the day after arrival at our warehouse and we will proceed directly with reimbursement, which may take 5-10 days to appear on your statement. Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made or the PayPal account used for this purchase.
Please note that if you have purchased your Products via one of our stockists you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly.

The rights in the designs and the content of this Website are owned by EJO Cosmetics. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or display any part of this site without Our prior written consent. 14.2 We only supply Products (including any free samples provided with your order) for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Products for any commercial, business or re-sale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
